You will collaborate closely with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in luxury property sales are essential.
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to own end-to-end campaign planning, brand positioning, and digital marketing for our residential and commercial projects. You will manage a cross-functional team, oversee SEO/SEM, social media, content, and events, and work directly with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals. Experience in real estate or luxury brand marketing is a strong plus.
The Project Engineer will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, contractor coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery as per approved plans and specifications. You will liaise with architects, consultants, and procurement teams. A degree in Civil Engineering with 3–6 years of experience in residential or commercial construction is required. Proficiency with AutoCAD and project management tools is preferred.
As a CRM Executive, you will handle post-booking documentation, manage customer queries and escalations, coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution, and maintain CRM data integrity. You will play a key role in customer retention and satisfaction. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and experience with CRM software are essential. Prior experience in real estate CRM is an advantage.
